Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products including SVG's
Returns are only acceptable if purchased form the marksymondsroofing Website. For other retailers please contact them directly.
Bundle items can only be refunded if the full bundle is returned. We do not accept partial bundles and refunds.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be rejected.
Please use the Contact us section BEFORE returning any item so we can discuss the options for handling your return. if your product is faulty please also contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or use the contact us section of the website with the details of your issue.
